• New or Used?... you’d never tell from the looks of our consignment furniture and home accents! We proudly display some of the areas finest, gently used furnishings and at prices that won’t break the bank! The secret for you to find the great bargains is to stop in often and browse our consignment room so you are the first to see and know of our new arrivals and discounts!
• If you are interested in consigning pieces that are in good shape and fairly priced to resell, we can assure you that this will expedite us finding them a new home much quicker!
• Here are our easy terms to consign your furnishings:
• We will pay you, the consignor, 50% of the item’s sale price. Our commission for handling the sale is the remaining 50%.
• At 30 Days the price of the item will drop by 10% of the original sale price.
• At 60 Days the price will drop 20% of the original sale price. At 90 days the price will drop by 30% of the original sale price. Items may be picked up from the store at this time at no expense to the consignor.
• At 120 days the consignment period will expire. We will call or email you of the expiration and discuss a final reduction price. If you prefer to donate your items to your favorite charity, arrangements can be made for a pick up here at our store and a receipt mailed to you, if required.
• We gladly offer pick up and delivery for items you wish to consign or transported to your home. Please contact us for additional information on specific costs for these services.
• Commission checks are mailed to you on the 10th of each month for items sold the previous month
